The Haflington is a Cocktail Bar inspired by the Old World aesthetic, and defines itself with the concept of "private museum". Serving Classic Cocktails and modern versions such as Modern Classic, Usual/ Unusual Cocktails,... each cocktail on the Menu has its own story. Our bartenders also bring back Classic Cocktail recipes that have been lost or are no longer popular. Our collection of recipes has matured over the years as we position ourself "Museum of Cocktails".
